The eCDLS™ course is the on-line version of Core Disaster Life Support® (CDLS®). Recognizing that many potential students of CDLS® are unable to arrange for attendance at a live course, CDLS® has been made available for distance learning. The added advantage of the on-line approach is that the student may take the course in multiple sessions over a period of several days or weeks; it is self paced. This course was developed by the AMA under a grant received from the US Department of Homeland Security.
